‘Celebrate Spring, Celebrate You!’

A Gathering of Active Mindfulness –

You have been through so much lately, and have made it to the other side,where you can calm your system and reset your life. You want to celebrate your courage, resilience and powerful heart.

It cannot be understated the importance of honouring what you have been through, and celebrating getting through it – celebrating your wins, courage and even the time to reset.

You need to create a marker in time – of your transition – the passing in time of your growth and the stepping through the threshold into calm and reset.

You CAN!

An evening of celebration – spring is here, it’s time for you to fly – through practising guided mindfulness, and creative play, on September 8th, in Dee Why.

Why celebrate? The past few years have been difficult, and this year is no different  – so let’s celebrate your resilience, courage and your continuing to ‘show up’.

Why now? Spring is the perfect time to get out, raise your energy vibration… to honour your path through winter and celebrate the shedding of the cold and dark of winter.

If you find sitting mindfulness hard on your own, and you dream of a community of like-minded folk, and love the idea of gathering in person – in celebration – this is for you.

Celebrating your wins, your ‘getting through it’ and your growth, is rarely a priority, but now you can make it a priority – to celebrate in community, with like minded people, who want to celebrate with you and for you, to raise your vibration – mind, body and spirit.

On Friday September 8th, join us to celebrate your wins, your courage, your resilience  and your beautiful heart. Using Creative Mindfulness, you will find the calm to reflect, the flow to honour and the balance to celebrate – in community, in Dee Why.

You will be led in a welcoming ritual and centring mindfulness practice, enabling you to move into your chosen Creative Activity with an intention to celebrate and a goal of raising your vibration. There will be a time of sharing at the beginning and end of the Gathering (not compulsory of course) – to honour each other, and our celebrations.

Through the process of Creative Mindfulness, you will be able to reflect, honour and celebrate your being, your innate wisdom – so that you will feel energised and free heading into spring.

What is Creative Mindfulness?

Creative Mindfulness is simply an activity – in this case creative – to enable a quietening of your mind and body, so that you can listen, see, feel and celebrate your innate wisdom and essence with ease. (Don’t worry you don’t have to be an artist!!! )

What are the Creative activities and prompts that you are talking about?

You can bring your own – (you might like journaling, textile craft etc) – Or I will have a selection of mindful creative activities on hand to play with such

  • Artistic – line drawing; colour exploration; various mediums
  • Jigsaw puzzles
  • Various Journaling styles
  • Vision Board Creating
  • Colouring Book

You may want to work on an activity that can be finished on the night, or to be continued through Spring… totally up to you!

Do you need to be creative, or feeling on top of the world to come?

NO!!!!!

But… you do need to be open to explore, share and celebrate with others…

Celebrate You! As you head into Spring – bring your mind, body & spirit into the alignment of celebration, raise your vibration, so that you can find your calm, allow your energy to flow easily and create the balance you long for. Making time for each part of you to play together, to connect and be heard is essential for you to live with ease and clarity through Spring, as you blossom and shine…

  • Find ‘sitting still’ meditation difficult or want a break from your own solo practice.
  • You are looking for small group support and holding to enable you to explore your heart-mind-body connection, enabling a true and intended Celebration of YOU!

Spring is a perfect time to gather and connect in Creative Mindfulness – the perfect seasonal time to brush off the sluggishness of winter and move into the active celebration and expanding time of Spring.
