The perfect time to call on Intention and gain clarity for projects or goals and dreams…
Join me in this beautiful and creative time – allowing your dreams, intentions and courage to come, be felt and held.
Sit quietly, or lie quietly…
Light a candle to create the beginning of your precious time… Bring your favourite crystal with you…
Take as many breaths as you need to feel ‘present’. You may want to move your arms up and down with your breath if that helps too.
Read these words over a few times, replace words with your own to help them ‘fit’ better for you…
Now, simply allow your mind, body and spirit to rest into these words, repeating them out loud so that your own frequency becomes real and present in the intention…
- Allow your mind to focus and flee, and then come back..
- Allow your body to feel and numb out, and then come back..
- Allow your spirit to soar and land, and then soar again..
All this in the process of creating, moving and calling your Intention and Dreams into realty and focus.
I welcome all parts of me here,
those I fear and those I love
I welcome my past, present, and future in this moment.
I invite my mind to be present here and now,
I invite my body to be present here and now
I invite my spirit to be present here and now…
I bring and offer Gratitude in this moment –
to my cells, my energy and my all.
I use my in breath to invite the curious and pure intention into my presence

Into my bones…
Into my thoughts…
Into my fears..
Into my courage.
With my out breath I release what is caught
What is held too tightly
What is stagnant and causing pain
I release the thoughts..
I release the stiffness
I release the impotence.
As I sit in the ‘middle breath’ for a moment,
I invite the new,
I invite the unseen
I invite the possibilities..
As I breath in..
Name the intention..
Name the possibility…
Name the courage…
Discover where it lands in your body…
Hold it there…
Nurture it there…
Believe it there.
As I hold the ‘Middle Breath’,
Name the hope,
Name the joy,
Name the growth…
As I release my breath,
I release what holds me still,
I release what holds me captive,
I release what loves my fractured self…
As you breath in, hold and out again,
Feel the intention and possibility in your body,
Where does it land?
What does it feel like?
What colour is it?
What shape is it?
Notice it, invite it to grow and change…
Allow your courage to imprint itself into your named intention, into your possibilities…
Stay here as long as you want…
Stay with your intention and possibility
As you gently come back into the room,
- feel your space,
- listen to the sounds around you,
- move your fingers and toes,
- feel the ground beneath you…
- notice and feel the Named Intention and Possibility in your whole being…
- take this with you into your next moments, and the next and the next.
